Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Accurately set up cases for our members

Review clinical information for decision-making

Collaborate With Providers For Additional Information When Required

Ensure accurate decisions in compliance with compendia and Medicare guidance and timelines

Maintain meticulous documentation of all Medicare Part D requests

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience (2-5 years preferred)

Active and in good standing Pharmacist license in your state of application

Mandatory attendance during the first 90 days
